Cash and military equipment among items stolen from car

Military equipment and cash were among items stolen from a car parked in Brandon earlier this week.

The car, which was parked in Seymour Avenue, was targeted by thieves at some point between 9.30pm on Monday 31st August and 6am on Tuesday 1st September.

Cash, military equipment, a battery pack and an air freshener were stolen from within the vehicle.

Police are reminding motorists to remove belongings from their vehicles and ensure they are locked.
