Omar Group appoints director of customer services

Omar Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Scott Drew in the newly created position of Director of Customer Services.

Scott’s appointment to the Brandon-based business will enable improvements to the customer journey through the implementation of processes and procedures.

Scott joined the group on Monday 11th January from NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) where he was Head Of Customer Service & Head of Site. Prior to that, he held the position of Property & Portfolio Director of Awaze, Europe’s leading managed vacation rentals and holiday resorts business, which includes brands such as Hoseasons. Scott has significant industry and customer care experience, and a history of consistent achievement.

Scott will be involved in managing the whole customer journey and looking at ways in which we can improve customer satisfaction.”
